Adrian Simpson

FCA

Adrian's great strength lies in analysing clients' accounts and finding ways to reduce their tax liability using the changing tax legislation wherever possible. His clients include a broad range of businesses such as retail, travel, engineering, manufacturing and property companies.

Adrian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Since then has had a wide variety of roles including Finance Director for an AIM listed PLC and 15 years as a partner with a large firm of accountants. These experiences have helped him to understand exactly what owner managed businesses need from their accountants and how to deliver that service in a cost effective way.

Adrian is married with two grown up sons. On days away from the office he enjoys all sports but particularly golf, rugby and tennis. He also loves listening to music and admits to being a poor, but enthusiastic, guitarist !

Stephanie Moore

MAAT

Steph joined the team as our Practice Manager in 2013. She is a wizard with VAT and a leading light on matters relating to accounts production and limited companies!

Steph undertook her accountancy exams and qualified as a MAAT whilst working for Barclays Bank plc as a Senior Financial Analyst. She gained her considerable accountancy practice experience at a local firm of accountants where she took responsibility for VAT, accounts production and company secretarial tasks, alongside managing the payroll and book-keeping department.

Steph spends most of her weekends running around muddy motocross tracks, supporting her son's passion for motocross racing! On the odd occasion that she can escape from the biking arena, she will be enjoying the local parks and beaches with her family.

Sue Haynes

BA Hons

Sue has been with the practice since March 2015 ensuring that the administration of the office is always in perfect order. Her previous roles include working for Santander for 14 years in a variety of positions including mortgage adviser, customer service manager and offering financial advisers administrative support.

She is a keen sailor and is often seen on (or in!) the waters of Christchurch Harbour. She also enjoys 'mad' challenges such as Tough Mudder, the London Marathon and most recently the Moonwalk. She is constantly thinking of new ideas to continue her adventurous streak! As a mother to two teenage boys she also spends many hours on the side lines of football, cricket and hockey pitches.

Rob Knight

CAT

Valued for his exceptional accuracy and skill with his accounts preparation and tax calculations.

Rob gained his accounting qualifications locally and joined us in 2007 from another Bournemouth firm of accountants. He has 25 years of experience which he puts to excellent use when working with the wide range of clients that we take care of.

He is notorious for his dreadful dancing but delights his family with his experimental curry creations. He loves playing tennis, fast roller coasters, and watching his son playing football.
